Every June excitement fills the air at Fox Hollow, as many of our animals have babies, school gets out -- and Fox Hollow Summer Camps can finally begin! Read on to learn more about our fun and educational summer camp program, and make a reservation below.
Adventure Day Camp ($120/day or $550/week)
Our summer camp program for kids aged 4-14 is designed to be as flexible as possible for parents, and offers a varied schedule with many different activities. Throughout the week, children will enjoy riding horses, swimming, sports, exploring the beautiful mountains and river on our property, perfecting their skills of all things crafty, and focus on caring for the numerous animals that live on our farm.
A schedule of various activities including arts and crafts, swimming and tubing in the river, group games and sports (from basketball to blog tag), fire building (s'mores included!), and interacting with all of our resident animals will certainly keep everyone busy! We will also have our miniature John Deere vehicles and huge inflatable waterslides out for the children to enjoy during free time.
Every Thursday is our overnight experience for all campers who wish to join in an evening of fun and games including an old-fashioned campfire with s'mores! So pack your sleeping bag for a memorable night!
Weekly Schedule (subject to change)
Monday - Sports & Games (soccer, basketball, dodgeball, tag, etc.)
Tuesday - Everything Horses (feeding, tacking, education, and of course, riding!)
Wednesday - Water Fun (water slides, water balloon fights, tubing in the creek)
Thursday - All Things Animals (feeding, cleaning, and taking care of all sorts of farm animals, from pigs and chickens to donkeys and sheep). Optional overnight experience.
Friday - Arts & Crafts (painting, paper mache, and other crafting, resulting in a major project to bring home)
Equestrian Day Camp ($700/week)
campers will be involved in many of the same activities as the Adventure Campers but will have two riding lessons per day. Please view the sample daily schedule below.
CIT Program ($300/week)
This program is for anyone 13-17 who is interested in being a counselor-in-training. CIT's learn leadership skills while helping and interacting with younger campers, while still having time to engage in the full range of activities we offer as part of the Adventure Day Camp — including horseback riding.
CITs must commit to a week (day passes not available).
